Petite Edith is the newest restaurant from James Beard-nominated chef Jenner Tomaska & Katrina Bravo (the husband-wife duo behind Chicago's Michelin-starred Esmé). Located at the intersection of the River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods, Petite Edith just opened it's doors in early November. An elevated French bistro influenced by Midwest hospitality, the blends French technique with local ingredients in a way that is polished but approachable.
We are seeking an experienced bartender who combines strong technical skills with intuitive hospitality and a calm, confident presence behind the bar.
The Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage experience while supporting the overall flow of service. This role blends craft, speed, organization, and guest engagement in a fast-paced but polished environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves taking care of guests and supporting a team at the same time.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of serving experience in an upscale casual or cocktail-focused restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and basic spirits
- Calm under pressure and highly organized
- Team-oriented with a service first mindset
- Confident, friendly and guest-focused demeanor.
- Available to work evenings & weekends
- Opportunities to grow within a new restaurant group
- Ability to learn and build under the team behind Michelin-Starred Esme'
- Part Time hours available

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.75) plus tips
