New opening (Italian cuisine)
An award-winning restaurant group Knightsbridge Restaurant Group is seeking a Sous Chef for our newest Classic Italian concept, Rosselli, with a focus on a market-based menu featuring local farms and purveyors. The new concept will have an accessible and casual sophistication meant to bring together the community, making it a warm spot for group and business dining in the central business district.  https://www.knightsbridgerestaurantgroup.com/


We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 4 years experience in a fine dining restaurant as Sous Chef. Must be able to communicate clearly with his/her managers and his/her teammates; Keep his/her production to the level required by the Executive Chef. 
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards. Culinary graduate preferred!
Maintain the high standards established by the Executive Chef 
Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume and high-pressure service.
Must be able to follow instructions during service from Chef throughout the service.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
