Petite Edith is the newest restaurant from James Beard-nominated chef Jenner Tomaska & Katrina Bravo (the husband-wife duo behind Chicago's Michelin-starred Esmé). Located at the intersection of the River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods, Petite Edith just opened it's doors in early November. An elevated French bistro influenced by Midwest hospitality, the blends French technique with local ingredients in a way that is polished but approachable.
We are seeking Front of House Support team members- Food Runners and Back Servers - who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in being an essential part of a great service team.
FOH Support Staff play a critical role in delivering a seamless guest experience. You are the connection between the kitchen and the dining room, helping ensure food arrives accurately, tables stay maintained, and service flows smoothly. You'll work closely with captains, bartenders, hosts & Chefs to support an elevated but relaxed dining atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food & beverage, enjoys being active and wants to grow within hospitality.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of restaurant experience preferred (but we're happy to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic & sense of urgency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm in high-volume moments
- Interest in food, wine, & hospitality
- Available to work evenings & weekends
- Opportunities to grow within a new restaurant group
- Ability to learn and build under the team behind Michelin-Starred Esme'

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.75) plus tips
