Support Staff

At Nowon, hospitality is at the center of everything we do. We are seeking a Support Team Member who takes genuine pride in caring for guests, supporting their teammates, and maintaining an environment where thoughtful service and attention to detail are felt throughout the dining experience. This role is essential to the rhythm of service and the elevated yet approachable atmosphere that defines Nowon.

• Support servers, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate food delivery

• Run food with precision, maintaining proper table sequence, pacing, and presentation

• Clear, reset, and maintain tables efficiently to support seamless guest flow

• Assist servers with table readiness, including restocking utensils, napkins, and condiments

• Engage with guests professionally and warmly, assisting with requests as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room throughout service

• Execute end-of-night closing duties, including table maintenance, sweeping, mopping, and floor care

• Maintain restroom facilities to Nowon standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and consistent stocking

• Set up, maintain, and break down outdoor dining areas in alignment with service and safety expectations

• Communicate clearly with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure strong service coordination

• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative team culture rooted in hospitality and accountability

• Minimum of 2 year experience as a Food Runner, Busser, or in a similar front-of-house support role

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale-casual dining environment

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Professional presence, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality
