**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in kitchen operations, a creative mindset, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and execute menu items with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure quality standards for food preparation and presentation are met.
- Supervise and train line cooks and kitchen staff, promoting a positive team environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
- Contribute to menu development and special event planning.

**Qualifications:**

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a sous or line cook role.
- Strong knowledge of Korean cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($50,000.00 - $65,000.00)
