Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency
• Manage the reservation platform and walk-in flow
• Communicate clearly with servers, bar, and kitchen to keep the floor balanced
• Track guest notes, preferences, and pacing
• Handle wait lists and quote times with grace and accuracy
• Support with light service tasks and closing side work as needed

Requirements

• Prior host or front desk experience in a high-quality restaurant
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
• Clear communicator, team player, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable using a reservation platform (Resy)
• Professional appearance and guest-first mindset
• Detail-oriented and naturally hospitable
