Job Details

Le Bouchon is a French Bistro in Bucktown that has been open since 1993. Family-Owned and operated, Le Bouchon cooks up classic Lyonnaise food with some more modern interpretations from Chef Oliver Poilevey.

Le Bouchon is looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our small team. We are looking for someone who has a curiousity in French Food, a self-driven attitude and who would like to work for a family instead of a corperation.

We are looking for coverage on PM Shifts. We are open 6 days / week. We cover 1/2 of Health Insurance for Full-Time Employees after 3 months. A 4% fee from our menu items gets directly distributed to BOH employees every month by hours worked.
