Position Overview:
We’re seeking hospitality-forward Server Assistants to join our team. This position is essential to both guest service and team support. Server Assistants will assist the team with the guest experience and deliver warm and professional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine and professional hospitality at all times.
- Communicate between bar, kitchen, service team and leadership to ensure a consistent, timely and memorable experience for our guests.
- Follow steps of service with an eye for detail and heart of hospitality.
- Anticipate guest needs and addresses promptly .
- Greet and water tables promptly.
- Maintain guest tables, keeping them neat and free of items not in use.
- Seamlessly clear and mark tables without interrupting the guest experience.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
- Comprehend and navigate the restaurant floor plan.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation at all times.
- Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to our standards.
- Perform duties as assigned by leadership in order to drive and maintain our passion for hospitality, quality food and beverage.
- Support fellow team members during service.
- Participate in daily preshift meetings.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in full-service restaurant or upscale dining
- Calm, clear, professional communication skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a physically active service environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $12.62 / hr + tips
