Michelin starred chefs, David and Anna Posey's new concept in Chicago is hiring for dinner line cooks. Creating a warm and welcoming wine-focused bistro tucked into the West Loop neighborhood. Our kitchen, led by Tayler Ploshehanski, is ingredient-driven and creative, with a menu designed using classic techniques and seasonality to complement great wine and conversation.

We are seeking passionate, driven, and eager to learn individuals to join our opening team for lunch service.

Hours: Thursday - Monday
Benefits: Health, vision, and dental (50% covered)
3 weeks paid time off
