JF Restaurants at The Wall Street Hotel is hiring a Pastry Line Cook to join our award-winning team. This role works closely with our Executive Chef and Corporate Pastry Chef to deliver a refined, seasonal dessert program that reflects our commitment to flavor, technique, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily mise en place and execution of plated desserts for dinner service
- Accurate and timely plating during service
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized station
- Weekly inventory and ordering for the pastry station
Qualifications:

2+ years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery

Strong technical foundation: choux, creams, chocolate, meringues

Attention to detail in shaping, finishing, and plating

Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently under pressure

Team-oriented with clear communication and a positive attitude

Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of food safety and proper storage practices
