Now Hiring: Part-Time Day Bartender: Seasonal Beer Garden
The PHS Pop Up Garden on South Street is seeking a part-time daytime bartender to join our seasonal team. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and hospitality to every shift—and loves working outside in a high-volume, community-centered environment.
About the Role
As a daytime bartender, you’ll help set the tone for our energetic, vibrant garden atmosphere with fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Our daytime experience is all about refreshing drinks, light bites, and a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve batched and made-to-order cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Greet and engage with guests warmly, providing recommendations as needed
- Monitor stock of batched cocktails, juices, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies; prep for the following shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar throughout the shift
- Assist with trash, end-of-shift cleaning, and securing of bar area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-volume or outdoor service setting
- Comfortable using Toast or similar POS systems
- Able to multitask, move quickly, and stay calm under pressure
- Positive, team-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be available for weekday daytime shifts (approx. 11:30 AM–5:30 PM)

- Part-time, seasonal (March through October)
- Pay is hourly plus tips. One staff meal and drink included per shift
