Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations to ensure seamless service.
- Financial Leadership: Take full P&L responsibility, including labor cost control, inventory management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing management and hourly team.
