We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Prep Cook to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong background in food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and consistency during service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with food prep, inventory rotation, and waste reduction
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
- Clean and maintain workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned
