Gator is a modern American restaurant in the heart of Greenpoint. We're a 50-seat dining room with strong focus on local products and sustainable practices. We're currently looking to add a strong, part-time weekend brunch cook to our team.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Minimum 1 year experience, preferably AM brunch experience
-The ability to work weekend AM shifts (approximately 10 hours a week)
-Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high paced environment
-Ability to follow and replicate recipes under the guidance of the chef
-Dedicated, ambitious, and excited to work with a team who is constantly striving to do their best
