Bartender

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile bartender to join our team. As a bartender at Cerveau, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting cocktails and providing attentive service with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to recommend beverages, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, inputting orders into the POS system, and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all alcohol service and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques overall. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
