Lucky Duck, the newest addition to the Delaware Waterfront opening March 2026, is looking to fill Bartender positions!
Lucky Duck is a Riverside Tavern reimagined — focusing on great cocktails & Guinness pours, and modern Americana fare with warm and comforting aesthetics and upbeat tunes. Lucky Duck will be the first bar on the waterfront open year-round.
We are seeking experienced, confident bartenders who take pride in their craft and hospitality. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining consistency, precision, and warmth behind the bar.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of bartending experience
- Strong working knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- Ability to execute cocktails accurately and efficiently during peak service
- Experience with draft systems (Guinness knowledge a plus)
- Strong guest engagement and service-forward mindset
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- A team player who can adapt to a fast paced environment
