We’re looking for a leader to lead the kitchen, elevate consistency, and build a strong team culture while keeping costs tight and standards high.
THE ROLE
As the lead cook, you will own day-to-day kitchen operations and set the culinary direction— systems, training, and service execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all kitchen operations: prep, service, ordering, sanitation, and organization

Maintain consistent execution, plating, and quality during high-volume service
