Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, The Dandelion is a British-inspired gastropub located in the heart of Rittenhouse Square.
We are seeking Servers interested in being part of a lively and professional team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service guests according to company guidelines as outlined in the training manual
- Explain menu items to a guest using thorough food knowledge
- Sell wine and beverages through knowledge of product
- Ring in orders on POS system
- Check identification of all guests under 30
- Maintain accurate financial records of the shift, including all discounts and comps
- Pre-bus tables
- Maintain cleanliness standards of work area and throughout the restaurant
- Complete daily/weekly side work
- Assist in all positions of the restaurant as necessary
- Complete additional tasks at the direction of management
- Maintain excellent service standards providing the best possible guest experience
The ideal candidates will have:
- 2 years prior experience as a Server in a busy well-rated restaurant
- Prior experience using a POS system
- Able to read and verbalize a menu to a guest using thorough food knowledge
- Knowledge of classis wine and cocktails
- Experience with British cuisine and a pub atmosphere is not required, but highly preferred
- Ability to work in a consistently fast-paced environment

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
