Floor Support Associate

Location: Venice, CA
Pay: $18–$20/hour (DOE)

Gjusta LA is seeking a Floor Support Associate to join our front-of-house team. This role is essential to the flow of service—supporting servers, expediters, bartenders, and managers while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.

What You’ll Do

• Bus, clean, and reset tables efficiently during service

• Run food and beverages accurately and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness of the floor, service stations, and expo areas

• Assist the team to ensure smooth, consistent service

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
