Position Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑volume or fast‑paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to expedite orders and manage food flow efficiently
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Understanding of production and prep scheduling
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and carry items up one flight of stairs
  • Required: non-slip shoes, black/checkered chef pants, chef knife
  • Food Handler’s Certification preferred but not required
