Floor Manager

Lead and supervise daily floor operations during service

Ensure an outstanding guest experience in an energetic, high-volume and fast paced environment

Manage reservations, table seatings and turns, preemptive service, and guest relations

Join the management team in training, and motivation of FOH staff (servers, runners, hosts)

Maintain strong communication within all parts of the restaurant to benefit service

Communicate to all guest and staff with professionalism, be mature and responsible

Compliance with health & safety standards 

Support inventory control, FOH supplies ordering, and daily reporting as needed, specifically focused on the bar / craft cocktail program

Proven experience as a Floor Manager / Restaurant Manager in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams during busy service

Excellent customer service mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage pressure while maintaining high standards and a positive attitude

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service culture

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
