We are proud to make all of our own breakfast meats (bacon, ham, sausage, etc.), breads (bagels, English muffins and so on) as well as butter, hot sauce, jam ... you name it. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and embrace a high level of craftsmanship, authenticity, and genuine hospitality, we would like to meet you.
Applicants should:
- Have 2 years experience as a line cook, with at least one year working either a saute or griddle station.
- Fine dining experience is preferred.
- Have excellent organization and quality standards.
- Be able to work with speed, energy and focus in the mornings.
- Have full-time availability
- Shifts are from 6:30 am until 2:30 pm on weekdays and until 3:30 on weekends
- Saturday & Sunday availability is required

Estamos orgullosos de preparar todos nuestros propios embutidos para el desayuno (bacon, jamón, salchicha, etc.), panes (bagels, magdalenas inglesas, etc.), así como mantequilla, salsa picante, mermelada... - Tener una organización excelente y estándares de calidad.
- Sé capaz de trabajar con velocidad, energía y concentración por las mañanas.
- Tener disponibilidad a tiempo completo.
- Los turnos son de 6:30 a. m. a 2:30 p. m. entre semana y hasta las 3:30 p. m. los fines de semana.
- Se requiere disponibilidad los sábados y domingos.
