James Beard Award-winning chef Sean Brock makes his West Coast debut this August with darling, a new restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood.
The menu focuses on live-fire cooking centered on the vibrant, seasonal ingredients Southern California has to offer.
The adjoining space, bar darling, houses a listening bar that offers a different kind of escape—vinyl records spun on a world-class hi-fi sound system, paired with thoughtful cocktails in an intimate setting.
We are currently hiring FOOD RUNNERS.
To be considered for this position, you must have open availability Wednesday through Sunday. This requirement is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a chef-driven, high-volume setting

A deep passion for hospitality, food, and beverage

Sharp attention to detail and a calm, composed presence

Solid knowledge of wine and cocktails (for bar and service roles)

A consistently positive attitude and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences

Current Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service certification are a plus
