Accredited Chef Laurent Tourondel is bringing his culinary expertise to Philadelphia with his new restaurant concept Terra Grill. 

We are a group of passionate hospitality professionals with a profound sense of ownership and pride in all aspects of restaurant service. We are looking for talented and professional individuals to join our opening team. Experience with previous restaurant openings is preferred, but not required.

Your job is to provide a positive attitude and a desire to work with a supportive team to ensure that all guests receive a consistent and memorable dining experience. Your support to the service team is to ensure that all required steps of service are met while enhancing guest experience whenever possible.

Primary Duties:

To ensure that all guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible. To maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service areas, restrooms, and the perimeter of the building. To work with other team members to ensure guests receive excellent service. To keep all areas stocked in both Back and Front of House for a quick and efficient service.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Smile and maintain eye contact while speaking with and assisting all guests
• Assist with proper set-up and opening of the restaurant, as well as break-down and closing
• Set up the service areas, restock, and prepares service areas for shift change/close
• Maintains cleanliness and proper stock of service and beverage areas
• Offers assistance to guests by clearing empty plates and glassware
• Assists the service team with all aspects of table service and guest experience
