Line Cook

Vernick Food & Drink is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our dynamic, professional kitchen team.

We are looking for cooks who are passionate about hospitality, driven to refine their craft, and eager to work in a supportive, high-energy environment where excellence is the standard.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
• Work closely with our chef team to prepare mise en place and maintain an organized station
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced kitchen

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior professional kitchen experience preferred, but we welcome ambitious, motivated candidates ready to learn
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage: $17–$19/hour (commensurate with experience)
