F&F Pizzeria is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team!
The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of F&F. You will work closely with leadership to uphold general operations of the Pizzeria and Restaurant, ensuring the successful execution of service while maintaining company standards. As a working manager, you will work alongside and support the team to provide stellar hospitality. You possess a passion for food and service, the ability to lead, mentor, and train staff, as well as a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the day-to day operations of F&F's dine in and take-out/delivery concepts
- With General Manager, assist in upholding operating standards for the pizzeria and restaurant
- Ensure a friendly service experience for all guests, responding positively and promptly to guest concerns and complaints
- Drive standards of service and provide continuous support to all service staff, actively participating in service as needed
- Adhere to NYC DOH standards and maintain the operations cleanliness and operations efficiency
- Properly open and close physical operation, completing financial reporting as necessary
- Ensure accurate menu updates across the operation, including printed and digital outlets
- Run all technology needed to execute daily operations, including POS, delivery, and scheduling/time & attendance platforms
- Assist with Monthly Inventory as needed
You Should Have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a quick service restaurant operation
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Google Docs
- Possess strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- NY Food Handler’s Certificate a plus
- English Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plus
- The ability to meet the physical demands for this position, including: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
