Job Details

Misipasta is a new concept from Chef Missy Robbins of the acclaimed restaurants,  Lilia and Misi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep assigned station mise en place.
  • During service, efficiently receive and fulfill ticket orders from the Chef/Expeditor.
  • Execute assigned station dishes to meet standards of Chef. Includes grilling, saute, pasta-cooking and vegetable-focused preparations.
  • Maintain an organized and clean station in accordance with Department of Health and kitchen standards.
  • Prepare family meal.
  • Breaking down and cleaning your stations at the end of service.
  • Assist with training new team members.

Chef Missy grew up visiting pasta and specialty stores in New Haven, CT and has always been excited by the idea of bringing some of her favorite ingredients and recipes to the guests and fans of Lilia and Misi. So, in early 2020, MISIPASTA was born.

MISIPASTA, originally focused on take-home pasta kits, evolved to include MP Grocery as a way for us to bring you a collection of curated ingredients so that you have your own Italian larder at home! Soon after the launch of MISIPASTA Grocery, MISIPASTA Specialties was born as our way to bring you the nostalgic dining experiences of Lilia and Misi. We created everything from marinated zucchini and artichokes (fan favorites), to slow roasted tomatoes in oil and Chef Missy's signature fennel pollen!

We offer local pick-up options as well as MISIPASTA-delivery services!
