The Role

We are looking for an experienced Omakase Sushi Specialist to take primary ownership of the sushi offering within a larger curated food experience. The role is often a solo position, but at times includes working with and guiding up to two additional team members. It is a focused, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craft, precision, and responsibility. Events typically serve 40–65 guests

What You’ll Be Working With

The work will focus primarily on sashimi, nigiri, and tartare, with room to expand into additional sushi preparations as the concept evolves. You will be responsible for working with whole fish, including breaking down and portioning various cuts, and handling premium product, including toro, with care and respect.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in high-end sushi or omakase environments—someone who works calmly under pressure, communicates clearly, and receives feedback easily. A pleasant temperament, professional discipline, and respect for product and process are essential.
