Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Leadership Team.

This salaried position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to the art of hospitality and guest service while seeking a professional and committed team to work and grow with.

The Warbler is located in vibrant Lincoln Square. We are looking for outgoing, friendly and dynamic personalities to take on a management role.  With our open air dining rooms and 125-seat patio, we are looking forward to an amazing 2026 and beyond.

Qualified candidates should possess:

• Experience in a faced paced, service focused restaurant
• A high regard for the art of hospitality and establishing relationships with clients
• Food & Beverage knowledge (and curiosity) with a solid understanding of wine, beer and spirits.
• Knowledge and interest of the Chicago dining scene
• Experience with staff training and implementation of systems
• Experience with reservation systems
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends and late nights
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal/oral/listening)
• Excellent leadership and team building skills
