Bar Bianchi, owned and operated by Golden Age Hospitality - the group behind Le Dive, The Nines, The Happiest Hour, and Deux Chats, is currently seeking a passionate Server to join our team. Bar Bianchi is a bustling Italian-inspired restaurant and bar with a focus on traditional Italian dishes, natural wine, spritzes, and Negroni variations.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender with at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume nightlife setting.

We want our Bartenders to recognize regulars, friends and family, hospitality industry peers, and welcome first time diners – fostering genuine connections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage guests, providing recommendations and enhancing their experience.
- Craft high-quality cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste.
- Work seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
- Monitor and manage inventory, assisting with ordering and restocking as needed.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies, ensuring guest safety and compliance with legal regulations.
- Participate in staff training and meetings to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume nightlife venue (required)
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with a passion for mixology
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming, guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Must have flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and holiday
