We’re building a kitchen team that’s fast, fun, and passionate about great food. As a Line Cook at Lola’s, you’ll prepare high-quality dishes in a lively, open kitchen with marina views. You’ll work closely with the culinary team to deliver consistency, flavor, and flair.
What you will be doing:
- Execute dishes according to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station
- Support your teammates to ensure smooth service
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines
What you bring to the table:
- 2–3+ years of experience in a high-volume/ upscale kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and a love for teamwork
