Job Details
We’re looking for a high-performing Catering & Events Sales Mgr, who knows how to turn ideas into unforgettable experiences. If you thrive under pressure, build strong relationships, and execute with precision, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You Will Do: 
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from inquiry to post-event review

  • Drive new client business to meet the established monthly/annual sales goal
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact

  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive bookings

  • Coordinate vendors, staffing, logistics, timelines, payments and budgets

  • Communicate clear instructions, details and expectations with Catering Captain 
  • Ensure events run to standard — flawless, on-time, on-budget

  • Track and report revenue, expenses, and performance metrics

  • Collaborate with ownership/leadership on strategy, pricing, and growth

  • Coordinate with Kitchen personnel to ensure clear understanding of culinary deliverables
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and excellence

  • Provide a detailed "Event Wrap Up" report of the end every event to ownership
  • Communicate with ownership on a standing weekly call
You’re a Fit If You
  • Have 3–5+ years of event management, event sales, or hospitality leadership experience

  • Are detail-obsessed and proactive — you see problems before they exist

  • Can juggle multiple events without dropping the ball

  • Communicate clearly and confidently — written and verbal

  • Are revenue-minded and comfortable closing business

  • Remain calm and composed when things heat up (because they will)

Schedule
  • Full-time

  • Some evenings/weekends required based on event schedule


Base Salary: $70,000/year 

  • Commission: 10on booked and executed events for the first three months.  After that a commission rate increase will be considered based upon perfornance assessment and evaluation.

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00) plus tips
