Hi Neighbor Group (The Vault Steakhouse, The Vault Garden, Trestle, 7 Adams, Mama Oakland) is looking for hard working professionals who are team oriented, have a passion for hospitality and want to grow their career. We are currently hiring a GENERAL MANAGER at our Financial District Restaurants, The Vault Garden and the Vault Steakhouse, which operate in the same location at the historic 555 California building.
Responsibilities include:
* overseeing and directing the daily restaurant operations and guest relations
* staffing (including but not limited to hiring, scheduling, training)
* developing and maintaining policies and standards
* being an advocate and leader of hospitality
* harmonizing the team around Hi Neighbor's mission and values
* providing a highly efficient and effective service
* managing a team of hourly staff and multiple managers who report directly to you
* collaborating and communicating daily with the Hi Neighbor Corporate management team as well as the Vornado and 555 building executives
Management roles are full time positions requiring 50 hours a week. Be able to lift a keg, carry trays of food and walk up and down two flights of stairs frequently through out the day. Management and Customer Service experience is required and MUST be capable of obtaining sexual harassment certification, RBS, and manager food handler card.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00 - $115,000.00)
