Position Summary:

Lead by example by delivering exceptional service and hospitality to all guests

Serve as a floor leader, assisting servers and ensuring smooth, efficient service throughout shifts

Possess in-depth knowledge of menu items, cocktails, wine, and the Motek concept to confidently guide guests and staff
-
Take orders, provide thoughtful recommendations, and address guest needs or concerns promptly
-
Support training and onboarding of new servers; mentor team members as needed
-
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
-
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management to maintain service excellence

Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including leadership or senior server responsibilities

Strong understanding of food handling and safety practices

Experience with Toast POS preferred

Solid liquor, wine, and cocktail knowledge

Proven ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service standards

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, professional attitude

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
