We are a fast-growing cafe and kitchen concept in Brooklyn, combining grill, sushi, pizza, and desserts under one brand. We are looking for a Pizza Cook.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare and stretch pizza dough according to recipes
2. Assemble pizzas with correct toppings, portions, and presentations
3. Operate pizza ovens
4. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pizza station 
6. Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen standarts

Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Pizza Cook
2. Understanding of grill temperatures, searing, and resting times
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
4. Team-oriented mindset and multitasking 
5. Reliability and consistency are a must
