Casa Me is a high-volume, upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of Westport, known for refined hospitality and a thoughtfully executed beverage program. We are seeking experienced Craft Bartenders / Mixologists who take pride in technique, balance, speed, and consistency—without sacrificing warmth or guest connection.

Craft Bartenders / Mixologists
4+ years of experience in craft cocktail execution and wine service
Strong foundation in classic cocktails, modern interpretations, and spirit-forward builds
Confident working with fresh juices, house syrups, infusions, and seasonal ingredients
Ability to maintain precision, cleanliness, and consistency in a high-volume environment
Professional, polished presence with excellent communication and organizational skills
What We’re Looking For
A true passion for mixology, spirits, and beverage craftsmanship
Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail families and proper technique
Strong sense of urgency, mise en place, and bar organization
Team-first mindset with respect for systems, standards, and service flow
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and peak services

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($35.00 - $55.00)
