Gabriel Kreuther, a Relais & Chateaux, Two Michelin-starred restaurant, is seeking passionate, experienced, and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team. We are currently interviewing for prep cook positions.

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years in a prep cook position at a full-service restaurant, or similar experience. Only candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in the same establishment will be considered
- Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
- Strong personal drive, work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure
- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep
Responsibilities

Daily vegetable, protein, and sauce prep

Maintain station cleanliness and food safety standards

Support line cooks and chefs with mise en place

Assist with receiving, labeling, and storage
