Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who embrace hospitality. Looking to fill all Front of House & Back of House positions including Servers, Bartenders, Server Assistants, Runners, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Pantry, Pastry & Sushi Chefs and more.

Our flagship venue, Blu on the Hudson, opened in 2023 in Weehawken, NJ and has beautiful dining options with waterfront views of the NYC Skyline.
Blu Livingston is our new, handcrafted, hospitality-driven space that is thoughtfully designed to deliver a warm, elevated dining experience from the moment guests arrive. The room blends a modern, welcoming aesthetic with comfortable spaces that foster conversation and discovery.
Our Culinary Experiences are anchored by Chef-led teams that highlight seasonal ingredients, innovative techniques, and incredible steak, seafood, sushi and house-made pasta programs that suit both intimate dinners and group settings. Our menu fuses New American and Asian influences that are brought to life by our world-class Culinary Leadership Team.
Our World Class beverage program has purposefully curated cocktails that tantalize and complement every taste bud. We also feature an award winning wine program featuring a curated selection of wines, all designed to harmonize each course.
