We are seeking a Sous Chef who leads from the line, supports the team, and takes pride in running a tight, organized kitchen.

The Role

The Sous Chef is a key leadership position responsible for daily kitchen operations, service execution, and team development. This is a hands-on role for a strong cook who understands systems, discipline, and communication.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain standards and improve consistency across every service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and oversee service on the line during busy shifts

  • Support and lead BOH staff with clarity and accountability

  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

  • Assist with prep organization, station setup, and service flow

  • Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety practices

  • Support training and development of line cooks and prep cooks

  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and waste control

  • Communicate clearly with FOH leadership during service

  • Uphold kitchen standards, culture, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5+ years of sous chef or senior line cook experience

  • Strong line skills and ability to lead during service

  • Organized, disciplined, and calm under pressure

  • Team-first mindset with strong communication skills

  • Commitment to cleanliness, structure, and standards

  • Desire to grow into higher leadership roles

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $85,000.00)
