We are seeking a Sous Chef who leads from the line, supports the team, and takes pride in running a tight, organized kitchen.
The RoleThe Sous Chef is a key leadership position responsible for daily kitchen operations, service execution, and team development. This is a hands-on role for a strong cook who understands systems, discipline, and communication.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain standards and improve consistency across every service.
Key Responsibilities-
Execute and oversee service on the line during busy shifts

Support and lead BOH staff with clarity and accountability

Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Assist with prep organization, station setup, and service flow

Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety practices

Support training and development of line cooks and prep cooks

Assist with ordering, inventory, and waste control

Communicate clearly with FOH leadership during service

Uphold kitchen standards, culture, and professionalism

2–5+ years of sous chef or senior line cook experience

Strong line skills and ability to lead during service

Organized, disciplined, and calm under pressure

Team-first mindset with strong communication skills

Commitment to cleanliness, structure, and standards

Desire to grow into higher leadership roles

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $85,000.00)
