Sous Chef – High-Energy, High-Volume Restaurant – Irvine, CA
Join our long-standing, fast-paced restaurant in Irvine as a Sous Chef! We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy culinary leader to work alongside our talented team and ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is exceptional.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and support a large kitchen team of prep cooks and line cooks

Assist the Executive Chef with production, line management, and service oversight

Manage ordering, inventory, and help with scheduling

Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation in a high-volume environment

Experience in busy, high-volume restaurants serving top-quality food

Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach in the kitchen

High energy, focus, and the ability to keep a large team running smoothly
