The new Kit Kat Club is a fast-paced craft cocktail bar and kitchen, modern American style cooking. We’re passionate about great food, tight service, and good energy in the kitchen. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking cooks who care about quality, speed, and teamwork.

As a team member, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely and consistent manner. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every plate meets our standards—whether it’s brunch, dinner, or a slammed Friday night service.

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and station standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

• Set up, stock, and break down your station efficiently each shift

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Communicate with the team and support other stations as needed

• Help with prep and daily kitchen tasks as assigned

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude under pressure

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

• Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work nights/weekends

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to get one quickly)
