Kit Kat Club is an elevated dining and drag experience in the fabulous boys town area. We’re looking for a talented Lead Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help drive consistency, quality, and efficiency during service.
Position SummaryThe Lead Line Cook oversees daily line operations, ensures dishes are prepared according to standards, and supports the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in maintaining a smooth, organized kitchen environment. This role is ideal for a strong cook ready to take the next step into leadership.
Responsibilities-
Lead the line during prep and service, ensuring food quality, timing, and presentation

Support, and mentor line cooks and prep staff

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of all workstations

Execute menu items precisely according to recipes and plating guides

Assist with inventory, ordering, and waste control
-
Communicate clearly with chefs, servers, and team members
-
Uphold health department and restaurant food safety standards
-
Contribute to menu development when needed
-
1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
-
Prior leadership or shift-lead experience preferred

Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and culinary techniques

Ability to work efficiently under pressure
-
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 Lbs
