Server – Fine Dining & Wine-Focused
Alpana Restaurant, led by Restaurateur and Master Sommelier Alpana Singh, is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Dinner Server to join our elite service team. Located in the Gold Coast, our concept celebrates the intersection of refined cuisine and exceptional beverage programs in a sophisticated, high-energy atmosphere.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a seasoned professional who views service as a career. The ideal candidate is a budding wine professional looking to grow under the mentorship of a Master Sommelier while maintaining a mastery of technical fine dining service.
Requirements:

Wine & Spirit Expertise: Deep passion for wine is essential. Preference is given to those who have passed the Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory Exam. You must also possess a strong command of classic cocktails, after-dinner drinks, and digestifs.

Fine Dining Technicality: Mastery of professional service standards, including the proper coursing of meals, wine service, and table maintenance.

High Volume Capability: Proven ability to manage large sections of 8–10 tables with grace and precision.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining environment.

Availability: Must be available 3–4 shifts per week, including mandatory weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs if necessary
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
- Stand and walk for the entirety of an eight-hour shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.62) plus tips
