We're currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and service-driven Barista to join our team for two to three weekly shifts.

• Coffee Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve consistently high-quality espresso, coffee, and tea beverages in accordance with our cafe standards.

• Guest Experience: Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive service to every customer, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

• High-Volume Performance: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy morning hours, while maintaining speed, precision, and product quality.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and work cohesively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the barista station, seating areas, and equipment clean and well-maintained; follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Schedule Flexibility: Be available for early mornings, weekends, and occasional holiday shifts as needed.

• Community Engagement: Build rapport with regular customers and contribute to the sense of community that defines Stone Street Cafe.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a barista in a high-volume, fast-paced cafe environment.

• Skillset: Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment maintenance, and a passion for coffee culture.

• Customer Focused: A sincere desire to create an excellent experience for every guest, every time.

• Adaptability: Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.
