Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-energy kitchen. You’ll work closely with our chef team to ensure every dish meets our standards for flavor, presentation, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and presentation standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during high-volume shifts

• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

• Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience in a full-service restaurant

• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail and consistency

• Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Food Handler’s certification preferred
