Job Description
We are looking for a professional Server who is a storyteller at heart and a technician on the floor. Our ideal candidate is someone who views service as a craft, balancing expert product knowledge with the ability to read a table and anticipate guest needs before they are articulated. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated section, driving sales through organic upselling, and acting as a brand ambassador for our culinary program.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Execute the full "Steps of Service" from the initial greeting and water service to the final check drop, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience.

Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, potential allergens, and daily specials.

Beverage Sales: Provide expert recommendations for wine pairings, spirits, and craft cocktails to enhance the guest’s meal.

Collaboration: Work closely with Back of House (BOH) and food runners to ensure all dishes are delivered at the correct temperature and to the guest's exact specifications.

Financial Accuracy: Efficiently manage orders via the POS system, process payments accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer or server bank.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.87) plus tips
