Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage the waitlist, and escort parties to their tables while providing a brief introduction to the restaurant.

Reservation Management: Expertly operate reservation software (Resy/OpenTable) to maximize covers while ensuring the kitchen and service staff are not overwhelmed.

Table Pacing: Monitor the status of tables (seated, entrees served, dessert, check dropped) to provide accurate wait time estimates.

Communication: Coordinate with the Manager on Duty and Floor Lead regarding VIPs, special occasions, and large party logistics.

Environment Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized host stand and ensure the entryway and menus are pristine at all times.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.87 - $21.00)
