Markette is a Restaurant by Chef India Doris Winner of the Michelin Guide Young Chef award 2025 (Formally Saga 2 michelin star) and Alex Pfaffenbach (Formally Eleven Madison park 3 michelin star and Quality branded)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated sous chef to join our team!
This is a growing group with a Restaurant and a cocktail bar residing in the same building. This role is fitted for an individual that is extremely passionate about their craft and looking to grow themselves.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Lead and Manage a small group of talented cooks
Be able to lead by example
Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly in the kitchen.
Must be reliable and Passionate about their craft
Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentation in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Ability to work flexible hours.
