Markette is a Restaurant by Chef India Doris Winner of the Michelin Guide Young Chef award 2025 (Formally Saga 2 michelin star) and Alex Pfaffenbach (Formally Eleven Madison park 3 michelin star and Quality branded) 

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated sous chef to join our team! 
This is a growing group with a Restaurant and a cocktail bar residing in the same building. This role is fitted for an individual that is extremely passionate about their craft and looking to grow themselves. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage a small group of talented cooks
  • Be able to lead by example
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly in the kitchen.
  • Must be reliable and Passionate about their craft
  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentation in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
  • Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00)
