This is a growing group with a Restaurant and a cocktail bar residing in the same building. This role is fitted for an individual that is extremely passionate about their craft and looking to grow themselves.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage a small group of talented cooks
- Be able to lead by example
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly in the kitchen.
- Must be reliable and Passionate about their craft
- Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentation in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
- Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
- Ability to work flexible hours.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00)
