The Position
We are currently looking to hire a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role involves hands-on kitchen work of all kinds, including structured prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
The line cook works as part of a kitchen team under the direction of a chef and is expected to execute tasks precisely and consistently within established systems.
Scheduling & Hours
This role is event-based. Events typically serve 40–65 guests, with approximately 12 hours of prep on the day prior to an event and approximately 10 hours on the day of the event.
